The rest of the amino and carboxyl groups are involved in peptide bond |

was conducted to clearly explain the nature of orientation of group around

paper chromatography and chalk chromatography was demonstrated to the
students. |

The principal
and procedure were explained and practical was conducted. |
|
They were also
shown column chromatography using plant pigments and chalk as the medium for |
|
Sample separation. |
