Kargil diwas

REPORT ON THE EVENT- INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA

                                                                Date- 26^th  June, 2022

The students of St. Joseph’s College for Women (A), Visakhapatnam, participated in the event Kargil Vijay Diwas organized by ACME, A Creative Makers in Events, Visakhapatnam, commemorating the day as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 26^th June, 2022 at Kalabharathi Indoor auditorium, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam. Along with 10 other Academies which include Schools, College and Dance institutes the event was organized for 4 hours which included felicitation soldiers and their family who sacrificed their life on that day.

The team of SJCW performed a fold dance and a patriotic dance. Both the dances received huge round of applause from the audience. The council advisors who joined the event include- Dr Anupama, Dr Praveen, Ms. Sony, Ms. Veena and Dr Hadassah.
